Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation (Pension Services Corp.) is jointly owned by the Teachers’ Pension Plan Trustee Inc. (TPPTI) and the Public Service Superannuation Plan Trustee Inc. (PSSPTI). Four Directors from both these Trustees form the Board of Directors of Pension Services Corp. (the “Board”).
The Board oversees the overall operations and management of Pension Services Corp. The Board sets the Pension Services Corp.’s strategic direction, approves its operational budget and makes key administrative decisions.
The Board ensures our continued use of strong controls and risk management practices, transparent reporting and prudent management of the pension plans expenses.
